These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all surf school Surf Institute offers on Fuerteventura, owner Dave Becker. For all mutual claims arising from and in connection with the conclusion of a contract between the customer (participant of a surf course) and the Surf Institute, the GTC in the version valid at the time of the respective conclusion of the contract shall always apply.
