HELLO EVERYONE
This website has been "Under Construction" for a while as we originally intended to create a fun video. However, our focus remains on providing you with a great experience. So, instead, here are a few honest words:
The solid core of the SIF TEAM has been made up of some strong personalities for years, whom I (Dave) would like to introduce. Each one of us takes on a significant responsibility for our work, which almost feels like running our own business. As many of our guests already know, every staff member and guest is a part of SIF and therefore the team.
Despite being overqualified, each team member has consciously chosen to carry out their work in our small but excellent surf school with passion and dedication. I fully support my team and am grateful for what we have achieved together.

Constant and kind soul amidst all chaos. Since no one can write about me, I should probably talk about the wonderful people by my side.

Head, heart, or soul. Whatever moves him is filtered in a digestible way.
A direct, honest, and kind soul from SIF. There is truly nothing that I find foolish about this person to this day.
SEPPI
Head Coach / Educator / Sports Scientist
One of the things I particularly like about Seppi is that he sometimes expresses his feelings from the heart. His "circus-like facial expressions" make it obvious to everyone. Sorry, Seppi!

Former student of the German Sport University Cologne. Let's just say he's bored, but he enjoys the Surf Institute and doesn't feel like working in an office!

She is the most empathetic person in our team. She leads a very modest and minimalist lifestyle.

Capricious, Funny, skeptical but once she gets excited, she puts her whole heart into it and that too forever.
